March 29, 2013 - Operation Jeep Upgrade

After driving the trusty Jeep Commander Rocky Mountain Edition for a few years, it was time to upgrade to something a little more capable, and most importantly, with a removable top! We initially bought the most basic model possible because I knew I was going to instantly start upgrading parts. But, after a long weekend in the new Jeep with no power windows and a few other amenities missing, we returned to the dealership to exchange the base model for a mid-model Sport, of course in Commando Green still.

Modifications began immediately, and with some new tires and ACE Engineering rocksliders installed, it was time to head out into the woods for the first outing to find some dirt and get some scratches...
